Communication de BOLLORE : REVISION DE LA TAXE DE REDEVANCE LOGISTIQUE TERRESTRE "RLT"

Chers clients,

Faisant suite à l’arrêté interministériel du 12/03/2018 portant sur la révision de la taxe Redevance Logistique Terrestre « RLT » dont la copie est ci-joint,

Il ressort de ce nouvel arrêté interministériel dans son article 1er que la Redevance Logistique Terrestre

« RLT » est désormais applicable aussi aux envois qui passent par le corridor PNR –BZV –KIN Beach.

Article 2 : la RLT est l’équivalent en francs congolais de :

Ø  140$/EVP (Equivalant au conteneur de Vingt Pieds) à l’Import. A l’export, la RLT perçue est intégrée dans la facture import en vue de lutter contre la fraude. 

Ø  85$/EVP (Equivalant au conteneur de Vingt Pieds) à l’Export.

Dear customers,

Following the inter-ministerial decree of 03/12/2018 revising the "RLT" Land Logistics Fee, a copy of which is attached,

It is clear from this new inter-ministerial decree in its first article that the "RLT" Land Logistics Fee is now also applicable to shipments passing through the PNR -BZV -KIN Beach corridor.

Article 2 : the RLT is the equivalent in Congolese francs of:

Ø  $ 140 per TEU (Twenty Foot Equivalent unit) for Import. For export, the collected TCR is included in the import invoice in order to fight against fraud.

Ø  $ 85 per TEU (Twenty Foot Equivalent unit) for Export.
